Designed with heavy-duty construction, our burger press measures 4-3/8" in diameter and can be adjusted to produce any thickness from 1/4" to 1".

With the help of this versatile tool, you can make flawless, uniform burgers every time, ensuring you neither undercook oversized patties nor overcook undersized ones. Adjusting the thickness is simple: just loosen the locking wing nut, turn the adjustment screw in or out until you reach the desired thickness, and tighten the wing nut. If the patty becomes stuck in the top of the press, you can easily release it by pressing the top knob.

We recommend using the press with our Freezer Sheets (sold separately) to prevent fresh patties from sticking together during preparation or freezing. For best results, hand wash and dry the burger press after each use.
